Collections store ENOVIA objects.
Collections and their content remain between ENOVIA sessions.
Collections and their content are available on any page to view, open, add access, and on certain search screens, to add to BOM assemblies, ECs, and other object relationships.
Collections functionality is accessed using the Clipboard/Collections button .
The icon on the left of the button adds selected objects to the clipboard.
The drop down arrow on the right of the button displays the Clipboard/Collections drop down menu:

Select items to add to a collection.
Click Clipboard/Collections drop down arrow .
Select Add to New/Existing Collection.
Add to Collection opens in the right pane of the ENOVIA window:
Select What to Add using the radio buttons.
Use the Select Target pull down list to choose an existing collection for the specified items or to create A new collection.
If you select an existing collection, choose whether to Append or Replace the existing collection.
or
If you select A new collection, use the text box to Enter the name of the new collection:
Click .
Select New / Add to Collections.
The Select Collection window displays.
Use the check boxes to select one or more existing collections, and/or select the "Enter the name for a new collection" field and type a name for the new collection.
Click Done.
A confirmation message appears.
Click OK.
The selected items are added to the selected existing and/or new collection(s).
Collections may be viewed at any time in ENOVIA:
Select Collaboration and Approvals App > Clipboard/Collections > Collections . . . .
On a page that displays it, click the Clipboard/Collections drop down arrow and select View Clipboard, if shown. See above for the two possible drop down menus.
Collections displays in a new window.
The Collections window provides functionality for working with collections:
Click a Collection Name to open it in the same window.
Use the check boxes to select one or more collection and the Actions menu may be used for the following:
After making a selection in the Collections window, the Content of: page displays.
Use the check boxes to select one or more item and the following menus and functions are available:
