The Clipboard is a place to store ENOVIA objects.
Objects remain on the Clipboard between ENOVIA sessions.
Clipboard objects are available on any page to view, open, add access, and on certain search screens, to add to BOM assemblies, ECs, and other object relationships.
Objects on the Clipboard may be added to EBOMs on a part EBOM PowerView, EBOMs tab.
Select >Clipboard when adding EBOM parts.
Clipboard functionality is accessed using the Clipboard/Collections button .
The icon on the left of the button adds selected objects to the clipboard.
The drop down arrow on the right of the button displays the Clipboard/Collections drop down menu:

The Add to Clipboard button appears next to objects in some ENOVIA tables.
Click next to any object on a table to add that object to the clipboard.
The Clipboard opens in the right panel and the object is added.
The Clipboard/Collections icon adds selected objects (one or multiple) to the clipboard.
Use the check boxes to select objects and click .
You may also select the Clipboard/Collections drop down arrow and select Add selected items to clipboard collection or Add to Clipboard Collection, depending on the menu.
The contents of the Clipboard may be viewed at any time in ENOVIA:
Select Collaboration and Approvals App > Clipboard/Collections > Clipboard . . . .
My Clipboard displays in a new window.
On some pages, the Clipboard/Collections drop down menu includes a View Clipboard command.
See above for the two possible drop down menus.
Click the Clipboard/Collections drop down arrow and select View Clipboard, if shown.
The Clipboard opens in the right panel of the ENOVIA screen:

In the Clipboard panel on the right of the screen (see above), hover the mouse cursor over a Clipboard object:
The item is highlighted and tools display.
The tools are:
Show object details (in the Clipboard panel)
Open in popup window
Remove from list (delete from Clipboard)
The bottom left corner of the Clipboard panel displays a Clear button .
Click Clear to remove all contents from the Clipboard.
