The Printer Friendly button exports a file with all the data in the table (regardless of pagination) to the selected format.
If the Table Configurator was used to hide any fields/columns, only displayed fields are available to export.
The Printer Friendly button provides two methods to export data in a ready to print format:
Click the drop down arrow on the right of the button to open the Format drop down panel, where you can change format settings and then export.
Click the icon on the left of the button to immediately export using the previous format settings.
To export the table data using the settings established the last time you used Printer Friendly export:
Click the Printer Friendly icon .
The exported file is prepared and opened using the previous format settings.
Click the Printer Friendly drop down arrow to display the Format panel.
Select a printer friendly format.
PDF format preserves hyperlinks in the data.
If the chosen format is PDF, make additional selections as needed.
NOTE: The margins do not automatically convert if you change the unit of measure. Thus if you change the units be sure to enter new margins.
Click the green arrow on the lower right to export the data.
The data is exported in the appropriate format.
You can choose to view, print, and/or save the exported file in the native application.
