Tables of data may be configured to show or hide available columns of data and the order in which they appear.
Different configurations can be set for different pages in ENOVIA.
Settings are retained between sessions.
: Column Configuration button on the page tool bar, opens the Table Configurator to work with attribute columns.
: Column Configuration button indicates available attribute columns are hidden on the current page.
The Column Configuration button changes appearance when the columns of a page have been configured to hide any of the available columns.
Tables in ENOVIA that do not use the structure browser technology have the button instead, for setting and selecting custom views.

While viewing a list or table page:
Click the Column Configuration button / on the page tool bar.
The Table Configurator pane displays on the right of the screen. View Example.
The available columns are shown with check boxes to select which columns are displayed.
Use the check boxes to select which columns are displayed.
Use Visible at the bottom to select/deselect all of the columns at once.
Use the Reset button at the bottom to restore all columns in the original order and close the Table Configurator pane.
Click, hold, and drag a column attribute to move up or down in the list.
Click OK at the bottom of the pane to save any changes and re-display the current page with the new Table Configurator settings.
Settings persist from session to session with unique settings for each page in the system.
