Send Parts in a Collection or Part Workbench to SAP Plants (Buy Only)After connecting parts in a Collection or Part Workbench to SAP Plants and setting procure values in the Add SAP Plants and Send Only Parts with Buy Procures Grid, parts with Internal or External Buy procure may be sent to SAP.
Click Send Only Buys on the Add SAP Plants and Send Only Parts with Buy Procures grid browser tool bar.
Send to SAP Plants window displays. Only plants where user has ‘send access’ are shown.
Use the check boxes 
to select plants to receive the Part/BOM information.
Click 
when ready.
A Results window displays the outcome of the operation for each plant attempted.
