To connect multiple parts to SAP Plants and set procure values, use a Collection of parts or the Park Workbench to access the Add SAP Plants and Send Only Parts with Buy Procures Grid.
Once connected, parts with Internal or External Buy procure value may be sent.
Child parts may not be worked (connection and procurement) from a Collection or Part Workbench.
Child parts are not sent to a plant when parent part has a procure value of Buy; the part is purchased complete.
To work with parts and SAP Plants from a Collection or Part Workbench:

Launch Part Workbench with the necessary parts.
Use the check boxes to select the parts to work with SAP Plants.
Click on the page tool bar.
Select SAP Plants on the Actions menu.
The ENOVIA Search: Add SAP Plant window displays.
You can load a list of Saved Searches, or search for the required Plants.
With Saved Searches, you may save and retrieve commonly used lists of Plants directly.
Enter search criteria for the required SAP Plants, search with wildcards ( * ) to view all plants, or click Saved Searches and select a previously saved query.
Click .
The Step 2 of 2: Select Plants window displays. JDE Plant cross reference information appears in the Description column.
Note that a window with Warning : Object find Limit ( 100 ) Reached indicates that all possible search results are NOT displayed. In this case, if the plant you require is not displayed, narrow your search criteria.
Use the check boxes to select SAP Plants that you wish to connect to the selected parts.
Click .
The Add SAP Plants and Send Only Parts with Buy Procures window / grid browser displays.
Make part/plant connections and set procure values.

After making connections and setting procurement, you may Send Parts in a Collection to SAP Plants (Buy Only).
