Connect BOM Children to SAP Plant
Connect BOM Children to SAP PlantThe parent part is connected to a plant when the SAP Plant Assignment is performed.
All parts in the BOM must be connected and assigned SAP Plant Procure Values and Part Blocking in the SAP BOM Send Part Grid.
First level BOM children are shown in the Send Part and 1st-level Children to SAP Grid.
If the first level BOM children are assemblies, click the subassembly parent Name link in the grid browser to open the part in a new window and work with lower level BOM children to set Procure values and send to SAP.
To connect the parts in the BOM to an SAP Plant:

Right click in grid and select Connect or Edit Attributes.
Edit Attributes connects the selected Part/Plant and displays the Edit Plant Procure Attributes window to Set Part / Plant Procure Values.
Or:
Make a single
selection or multiple selections and click 
in the grid browser tool bar to connect the
selected parts/plants.
