Product Configuration and Region Grid
Product Configuration and Region GridThe Product Configuration and Region grid allows the user to connect Product Configurations to Lexmark business locations.

Grid columns are made up of Product Configuration(s) and may also display the parent Product Model(s).
Product Model Regions are established outside of ENOVIA PLM and may not be altered.
Grid rows are made up of Regions, which may be expanded, adding more rows while displaying more specific locations, down to individual countries.
Connect displayed Product Configurations and Regions to assign.

This grid browser is accessed in three different places in ENOVIA, and the initial elements depend on the context from which it is accessed.
In all cases, any Regions already connected to the Product Configurations and/or Product Model are displayed.
When no connections exist, Worldwide is displayed.
Grid access site and initial items:
The Regions link on the navigation tree of a Product Configuration:
The context Product Configuration and the parent Product Model;
The Regions link on the navigation tree of a Product Model:
The context Product Model and all child Product Configurations;
The Regions
command on the 
menu in a Collection.

To include more products in the grid, click > Add
Columns.
You may
select to search by Product Configurations
or Product Models, using the Type browse/choose button 
, or use Saved
Queries, Collections,
or the Clipboard,

To include more locations in the grid, click > Add
Regions.
You may select to search by Country, Geography,
Global, or Region,
using the Type browse/choose button

Any displayed Region
(Worldwide is always shown) may
be expanded,

to display more a specific geography, region, or country.
To assign country, geography or global Regions to Product Configurations using the Product Configuration and Region Grid:
Product Configurations must be in the Preliminary state to make Region assignments.
Use the grid to make Product Configuration/Region assignments.

Connections are made immediately or a message appears to indicate the reason, if a connection fails.
You may navigate away from the grid browser or close the window when assignments are complete.
