To view a file, navigate to the document that contains it.

Files you have added, checked in, checked out, or downloaded are listed in the File Transfers (TVC File Manager) window for viewing and other operations.
When viewing a list of documents, the files in each document are listed in the Actions column.
Click the Viewer icon for a file in the Actions column of the document list.
The file opens in its native application. You must have the native application type viewer on your workstation in order to open the file.
For example, if the file is a .pdf, you'll need a .pdf viewer.
When finished viewing the file, close the application.
You can also save your file locally from the native application, if desired.
Each file is listed in a table at the bottom of a document Properties page and on the document Files page, accessed on the category tree.
