EC Auto-Notification Points

Email to an Assignee

When a user is assigned to an EC.
When an assignee is made the Responsible Assignee.

Email to the EC Owner

When all of the EC Impact Analyses are in Complete state.
When the EC is promoted to Approved, Implement, Formal Approval, or Implemented states.
When the EC is Closed or Rejected.
When the EC is demoted.

Email to the Distribution List(s)

When the EC is promoted to the Complete state.

Email to Review and Approval Lists

Per normal route and task behavior.
