Implemented State and Cut-In DataAfter the last approval route task is completed, the EC automatically promotes to Complete, promoting the Affected Items to Release:
Email notifications are sent to the EC Owner, Assignees, and Distribution List.
The change may not go into production for a period of time.
After the change is applied and "cut into" production, enter the Cut In data and promote the Complete state EC to the final, Implemented state .
The EC cannot be promoted to Implemented until the Cut In data is entered.
Use Searches to find completed, closed or rejected ECs that you own.
The email notification of EC completion also contains a link to the Complete EC.
Access the Complete state EC.
Update each Impact Analysis to add Actual Cut-In Date, Cut-In Serial Number, and Control Code.
When the Cut in data is complete for each EC part, the EC Owner or an assignee may promote the EC to Implemented.

When the EC promotes to the Implemented state, this indicates the part changes proposed in the EC were performed, Released, and put into production on the Cut-In date.
