Send Planning Part
Send Planning PartA planning part may be sent to SAP Plants as preparation for the later release of the part:
Plant Manufacturing Engineer, EC Analyst, or Product Manager ENOVIA role is required.
Sends planning part for Pre-Release, with no BOM.
Part must NOT be in Release or Obsolete State.
Sellable parts must be connected to Product Hierarchy with a product configuration.
Non-sellable parts must have complete Material Hierarchy settings.
To send a planning part:
Access the part, SAP Plants page.
If the required SAP Plants are not listed, Assign SAP Plants.
Use the check boxes 
to select plants to receive the planning part.
Click Send SAP Planning Part.
The Send SAP Planning Part button is only visible with parts that are not in the Release or Obsolete state.
A message that Send Part for Advanced Planning is being processed displays.
If the part requires a product configuration or Material Hierarchy setting, an error message displays.
Click OK to return to the SAP Plants tab.
If the sending failed, correct the issue then send again.
