View / Reactivate Closed and Rejected ECs

Closed and Rejected ECs are retained in ENOVIA.

See Delete, Close, or Reject an EC.

These ECs may contain important information.

To view Closed and Rejected ECs, use a Search.

For example, you may use Tool Bar Search to find Close state ECs owned by a particular username by typing in the Search field: EC Close *username*.

Use Saved Searches for frequently required lists.

Reactivate Closed or Rejected EC

EC Owner and EC Analysts in the EC RDO may perform this action.

Access a Close or Reject state EC.

ECs initially display the Properties page.

Click Reactivate on the Properties page tool bar.

The EC Properties page re-displays the EC in Submit state.
