Use Searches to find ENOVIA objects.
Search results are dependent on the role(s) you are assigned and your access privileges for the objects.
Searches in ENOVIA are not case sensitive.
For example, searching for ABC* is the same as searching for abc*.
Searches are accessed on the ENOVIA Top Bar in the Tool Bar Search window and using the Tool Bar Search drop down to access other search types.
Searches are also executed from specific locations in ENOVIA, such as when entering data in a form and a browse/choose button accesses search for a particular type of entry.
A page displaying a large amount of data can also be searched to narrow the contents.
See Search in Structure for information on searching page contents.
Page contents can be searched by one of the fields displayed as table columns.
Page contents can be searched using multiple criteria in one or more fields displayed in the table columns.
These searches may be saved for reuse.
