Part Dimensions

The part Product Dimensions page captures the following information for non-sellable parts to calculate and help reduce transportation costs for Lexmark:

Alternate Units of Measure (Alt UOM)
Dimensions (Length, Width, Height)
Weight (Gross Weight)

The Dimensions link on the Part Category Tree accesses the part Product Dimensions page.

Sellable parts capture this same information on the Product Configuration, see Product Dimensions.

Part Product Dimensions may be added, edited, or removed (see Work with Part Dimensions) manually in any part lifecycle state; they may be added and edited using the Dimensions Import Template.

Product Dimensions table entries are not required on a non-sellable part, but any entries that are added must be complete before the part can be promoted from Preliminary to Review state.
