The Owner/Originator of the Tool Quote Request Info Tracker must Check Out the spreadsheet, complete the requested information, and Check In the revised file.
Click Files on the Info Tracker Category Tree.
The Info Tracker Files page displays.

Select the appropriate file check box and select > Checkout or click in the Actions column of the appropriate file.
"Part - Plastic Part and Mold Quote Workbook.xls"
"Part - Sheetmetal Part and Die Quote Workbook.xls"
Add necessary data.
Select the checked out file check box and select > Checkin or click in the Actions column of the file to create a new file version with the added data.
To avoid confusion, delete the workbook that is not to be used with the current quote:
Select the unused file check box .
Click on the page tool bar.
Select Delete All Versions on the Actions menu.
A confirmation message displays.
Click OK.
The file is deleted.
