An ENOVIA Info Tracker is a specialized workflow, related to a single part, where documents and tasks are distributed among a list of participants according to a set of pre-defined rules.
Info trackers are used to collect data and gather approvals for the purposes listed, below.
Info Trackers assume the RDO of the part from which they are created, except:
The Info Tracker Owner may change the RDO of any Info Tracker.
Info Trackers are created in the context of a part, or from a Collection.
In a Collection, separate Info Trackers of the same Type are created for each selected part.
