The SAP Plants page, accessed on the Part Category Tree, displays:
SAP Plants assigned to the part.
The Procure value (if assigned) at each plant.
The "Send" status of the current part Revision and Procure value.
The Rev column shows Send if the Procure value has changed since the latest sending; the current revision may have been already sent, but with an out of date Procure value.
The Rev column appears *blank* if the current revision and Procure value was already sent to the indicated Plant.
The Status Set column indicates if a part has been set to Obsolete for a given plant. See Plant Status of Obsolete to SAP.
Be sure to Send to SAP Plants after making this change. The page currently does not indicate if this Status change has been sent or not.
See Send Part and 1st-level Children to SAP Grid and Add SAP Plants and Send Only Parts with Buy Procures Grid for more information on working in these grid browsers.
Yellow cells are connected and the procure value is printed in the cell if set, but the part has not been sent to the SAP Plant.
Green cells indicate the part has been sent to the SAP Plant and the procure value is printed in the cell.
Point the mouse at a green cell while holding the Shift key to display the Sent:: date.
Due to a technical limitation in ENOVIA grid browsers, a green cell indicating the part was sent does not switch back to yellow when it should to indicate:
An EC was completed and a new revision needs to be sent.
The Procure value was changed and the part must be re-sent to get the new value to the Plant.
The most up to date "Send" status for the current Revision and Procure value is displayed on the SAP Plants page, above.
