After entering the required and other data in the Dimensions Import Template, save the spreadsheet with a new name and note the name and location of the completed Product Dimensions import file.
The Product Manager or SAP Admin role is required to import Product Configurations.
Product Dimensions data may be added and edited in any lifecycle state using the Dimensions Import Template.
Import Template entries with the same Part and Alternate UOM of existing Product Dimensions overwrite the existing data.
To manually enter, edit, and remove Product Dimensions (dimensions may only be removed manually):
For Sellable parts, see Work with Product Dimensions.
For non-sellable parts, see Work with Part Dimensions.
To import the Product Dimensions into ENOVIA:
Select on the ENOVIA Top Bar.
Select Product > Import Product Dimensions . . . .
The Import and Create Product Dimensions window displays.
Click .
The File Upload window displays.
Locate and select the spreadsheet with the Product Dimensions to import.
Click in the File Upload window.
The file name and path are displayed in the File field in the Import and Create Product Dimensions window.
Click Done .
A confirmation window displays.
Or, if an error occurs, a message displays to explain the reason for the failure.
Click OK to continue.
The imported Product Dimensions are displayed on the Product Dimensions page of each Product Configuration (sellable parts) or part (non-sellable) for the Part names specified in the Dimensions Import Template.

If you are viewing a Product Dimensions page that should have newly imported values, click refresh, or at the upper right to show the new data.
On a successful Import, SAP is updated automatically if the part was previously sent to SAP.
