To remove the PreRelease status from the TeamCenter part, there are three methods.
If an EC is moved to Close or Reject state in ENOVIA, Un-PreRelease is NOT performed automatically.
A "release-sourced" file is a file in the CAD Spec folder that was generated from the PreRelease process on the TeamCenter side.
To delete and remove PreRelease status from the item in TeamCenter:
Click the Name
link or the open in new window link, , of the CAD specification.
The specification opens on the Properties page.
Select the Files link on the category tree.
Use the check boxes 
to select the file(s) to delete.
Click 
on the page tool bar.
Select Delete This Version or Delete All Versions.
The release-sourced files should only have one version; either Delete command works.
The Files page re-displays showing the results of the deletion.
When the CAD Specification files are deleted in ENOVIA, the PreRelease status is removed from the Item in TeamCenter.
The owner of the part(s) may delete the CAD Specification document/container to un-PreRelease.
CAD specifications may only be deleted on the part Specifications page.
Use the check boxes to select the CAD specification to delete.
Click on the page tool bar.
Select Delete Selected.
When the CAD Specification document/container is deleted in ENOVIA, the PreRelease status is removed from the Item in TeamCenter.
