Create a Part in an EC
Create a Part in an ECParts may be created in the context of an EC for immediate inclusion as an Affected Item.
This command is similar to the mechanism used to create parts in EDIS.
Access the EC.
ECs initially display the EC Properties.
See Create an EC if needed.
Select Affected Items on the category tree.
Select the Affected Items View.
Click 
on the on the page tool bar.
Select Create and Connect Part.
The Create Part window displays.
Follow the procedure to Create a Part.
The part is displayed on the EC Affected Items page after creation.
