Share a Part with a Supplier

Data fields set during object creation determine who has access to an object. The object access can also be changed later.

Access may be granted to individual Persons from a supplier or to all ENOVIA users from a supplier (Company), depending on the Object Access and Security Classification.

All suppliers require a confidential disclosure agreement to do business with Lexmark and micro managing access is generally counter productive.

Lexmark recommends granting access to the supplier Company.

Add All Users from a Supplier to Part Access

To make a part visible to all ENOVIA users from a particular supplier, add the supplier Company name to the part access.
