The Tool Quote Request Submit state Route will vary for different suppliers.
There will be a Task or Tasks, possibly in multiple Orders, for individuals at the supplier to perform to provide the quote.
The first Task Assignees receive an email notification when their Task is created.
Click the link in the email.
ENOVIA "Inbox Task" is listed as "IT-xxxxxx".
Sign in to ENOVIA is required.
The assigned task is displayed in your browser.

The ENOVIA Task PowerView displays from the link in the email notification:
If the Task is assigned to a group, one individual must Accept Group Task.
The Tool Quote Request workbook file with a Check Out action icon are at the bottom, on the Content tab.
The Complete button or various completion options on the Actions menu and the required Comments field are in the center, on the Properties tab.
After accessing the ENOVIA Task, Check Out the Quote Workbook file and fill in your required data.
The file might be checked out and locked already if another assignee is editing the file. Wait until the file is checked in and Unlocked before proceeding.
Hover your mouse pointer over the Lock icon to view the user name of the person who locked the file.
Click the Check Out icon .
The file opens in Excel on your computer and is locked from editing by anyone else.
With concurrent Tasks, the other Assignee(s) must wait until the file is checked in before checking out to enter data.
Edit the file in Excel, adding your company's quote information.
Save the spreadsheet.
Do not rename the spreadsheet
Close the spreadsheet.
Either click Check-In next to the spreadsheet file in the File Transfers window or click the Check In icon on the ENOVIA Task page.

Enter a Reason for Change of the Quote Workbook.
Click Submit.
The file on the ENOVIA Task page will show a new Version number and is Unlocked.
The assigned Task must be Completed after checking in the spreadsheet with your business area data.
Enter a remark in the required Comments field on the ENOVIA Task page.
Click on the Task PowerView, Properties tab tool bar, or click Actions on the Properties tab tool bar and select Complete.
The Task Properties tab redisplays in the Complete state.
The next Order of Submit state Tasks is sent or, after the last Task, the Route completes and the Info Tracker promotes to the Review state, starting a new, Review Route.
The TQR Info Tracker Owner/Originator receives an email notification that the route is complete and the first assignee in the Review Route receives Task notification.
