PPAP FilesA primary function of the ENOVIA PPAP Info Tracker is to contain the required documentation for new part and/or tooling validation.

Quality Control Plan
Process Capability Studies
Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis
Dimensional Inspection Reports
Performance Testing Reports
Material Certifications
PPAP files are stored in two locations, both accessible in the PPAP Info Tracker category tree on the left:
Files -- for inspection data (FAI or First Article Inspection reports, etc.)
Reference Documents -- other supporting documents, such as tool or fixture photographs or Gage R&R (Repeatability and Reproducibility) analysis.
