Info Tracker Reports
Info Tracker ReportsAvailable reports:
Info Tracker Current Assignees -- This report will generate a list of all current assignees for Info Trackers associated to the selected RDO, and send the report to the requesting user in the Excel format.
Info Tracker Status -- This report will generate Tracked Item information for Info Trackers associated to the selected RDO, and send the report to the requesting user in the Excel format.
To generate:
Select >My Enovia > Reports > Global Reports.
The Select Reports page displays.
The number of displayed report types may vary.
Click a Report name.
The TVC Report Generator displays.
Choose an Info Tracker Type on the Select Info Tracker list.
Select an RDO.
Click Continue.
The TVC Report Generator displays a message, "Please wait while the report is being created", with a Status of "In queue", then "In Work" while generating the report.
The TVC Report Generator message changes to "Click on the link below to download the report" with Download Report displayed in the place of Status.
Click the 
link to Open or Save the report.
You will also receive an email with the report attached.
In Excel, the report may be manipulated to show various information about the Info Trackers and pending Approvers:
Turn On Excel Filters to sort and filter data by elements in the various columns.
Use Excel Pivot Table to create new tables with the data showing, for instance, how many Info Trackers and in what state, are pending for each Approver.
