Promote Reported Material Declaration
Promote Reported Material DeclarationPromote a Received Material Declaration to the Accepted state to connect the Compliance data directly to the MEP.
A Received Material Declaration is connected to a Reported Part with the same name as the MEP.
Select Material Management app > Materials Compliance > Received Material Declarations.
Click the Material Declaration Name link or the icon to open.
The Material Declaration name is in the format MD-xxxxxxx.
The Material Declaration opens on the Properties page.
Click the Reported Part link to open the reported Compliance Properties in a new window.
Click 
on the reported MEP Properties
page to run various reports.
Click Compliance PowerView on the reported MEP Category Tree for the Compliance BOM, Materials, and Calculated Substances.
After reviewing the data, if compliant, the Material Declaration may be promoted to Accepted state.
Click 
on the Material Declaration navigation tree.
On the Lifecycle page, click Accept on the page tool bar.
You may also Reject or Cancel the Material Declaration.
The Material Declaration Notification window displays.
Enter comments in the text box.
