MEP Import Procedure
MEP Import ProcedureAfter entering the required and other data in the MEP Import Template, save the spreadsheet with a new name and note the name and location of the completed import file.
To import the Manufacturer Equivalent Parts into ENOVIA:
Select 
on the ENOVIA
Top Bar.
Select Engineering > General > Import Manufacturing Equivalents . . . .
The Import Manufacturing Equivalents window displays.
Click 
.
The File Upload window displays.
Locate and select the spreadsheet with the MEPs to import.
Click 
in the File
Upload window.
The file name and path are displayed in the File field in the Import Manufacturing Equivalents window.
Click Done.
A confirmation window displays.
Or, if an error occurs, a message displays to explain the reason for the failure.
Click OK to continue.
The imported MEPs are displayed on the Equivalents page of each respective Enterprise part.
