Product and Machine Type Hierarchy

  BMP (Broken/Missing Part) and Reporting

BMPs (Broken/Missing Parts) are so named because these items may be broken or missing when the customer opens the package.

A Broken/Missing Part is designated in ENOVIA as any direct child of a Sellable Item connected to a Regulated product configuration that is not the assembly of the Sellable Item itself (i.e. printer, print server, finisher) and is not the packaging parts.
