Delete

Delete a file or version.

Download

Download for viewing or printing only. For files you wish to edit, do not download; check them out instead.

Checkout

Displays when a file is available to check out. Check out a file when you want to make edits. Checking out a file locks it; no one else can update.

Checkin

Displays when a file is checked out for editing and locked. When editing is complete, uploads edited files, generates a new version number, and unlocks the file.

File Versions

Displays the various file versions associated with the file.

Add New File

Add additional files to a document.

Unlock

If a file is checked out and locked for editing, unlock the file without creating a version number. For example, use Unlock if you checked out a file, and want to allow other users to edit it without first updating and creating a new version yourself.

Lock

Manually lock a file from being edited without opening and saving a copy to your computer.
