Add New Parts to Tab Drawings
Add New Parts to Tab DrawingsParts may be added to a tab drawing from the tab drawing Parts page.
Parts can be added to a tab drawing from the part itself by editing the part details. See Associate a Part to a Tab Drawing.
NOTE: A part can only be a member of one tab drawing.
Access the tab drawing.
See View Tab Drawings.
The tab drawing Parts page displays.
Click 
on the page tool bar.
Select Create New.
The Create Part window displays.
The Type is set to the current tab drawing Type.
Click Done when all the new part attributes are completed in the Create Part window.
The tab drawing Parts page refreshes, showing the new part.
Access the tab drawing.
See View Tab Drawings.
The tab drawing Parts page displays.
Click on the page tool bar.
Select Add Existing.
The Find Part window displays.
The Type is set to the current tab drawing Type.
Enter search criteria for the part to add.
Click Find.
Select
one or more parts using the check boxes 
.
Click Submit.
The tab drawing Parts page refreshes, showing the new part(s).
