Request Artwork for PartsWhen requesting artwork from the Design Center, all parties must be aware that this process is slightly different in ENOVIA than it was in other systems.
In this example, let's say a Design Engineer has a Label part that needs artwork added to it.
Here's how to get the process started.
The Design Engineer must first inform the Design Center of the part number that requires artwork.
Fill out a Pubs Artwork Request Sheet with the Part Number, Artwork Number, and Artwork Revision (artwork information is only available if the artwork was already created in ENOVIA), and any other relevant data.
Submit the Pubs Artwork Request Sheet to the Graphic Designer.
If the Artwork specification does not yet exist in ENOVIA, the Design Center will create an Artwork specification on the part.
