There may only be one PPAP Info Tracker per part revision/supplier/tool combination.

Parts may have multiple PPAP Info Trackers for different suppliers and/or tools.
For different types of approvals on a given part revision/supplier/tool combination, revise the PPAP Info Tracker.
To recheck a tool, revise the PPAP Info Tracker.
