Info Tracker Status describes the connection between an Info Tracker and a part/revision as either:
Active
Pending
When an Info Tracker is created from the context of a part at a particular revision, the Status is automatically set to Active.
The part revision / Info Tracker connection was created directly by the user.
When a part is revised, the new part revision connection Status to existing Info Trackers is automatically set to Pending:
Existing Info Tracker(s) may or may not apply to the new part revision
User intervention is required to determine the applicability of the new connection.
When an Info Tracker is revised, existing connection Statuses are replicated:
Where a part revision had an Active connection to the Info Tracker, the new Info Tracker revision also has an Active connection to the part revision.
Pending connections between a part revision and the Info Tracker are also Pending with the new Info Tracker revision.
The part Info Trackers page displays all the Info Trackers associated with the part and the Status of each connection.
The Actions menu allows the owner to Make Active and/or Remove selected connections.
The Info Tracker Tracked Items page displays the Info Tracker connections to ENOVIA objects and the Status of each.
The Info Tracker owner may Make Active and/or Remove Selected connections on this page.
