A Lexmark Enterprise part may have multiple Manufacturer Equivalent Parts (MEPs) associated with it.
The Selected Equivalent sets the MEP to be used for roll ups and reports.
The Selected Equivalent may be set manually or determined by ENOVIA using the Selected Equivalent Method set on the Lexmark Enterprise part Compliance Properties page.
The choices for Selected Equivalent Method are:
Worst Case -- the least compliant MEP
Best Case -- the most compliant MEP
First Reported
Enterprise Configuration -- uses the materials set on the Enterprise part (no MEP)
Selected MEP -- MEP selection is set on the Compliance Edit Details window, next to the Selected Equivalent Method
