A Member List is a group of ENOVIA users set up to simplify tasks that require user notification or assignment, such as routes and ECs.
A Member List is also called a Distribution List when it is available for all users in a project or organization.
Member List Access determines who can see and use the list:
Any user may create member lists for Personal use.
Project owners and leads may create member lists with Access set to a project or organization for use as a Distribution List for ECs, etc.
When a Member List Access is set to a project or organization, any project owner, project lead, or organization lead of those projects and organizations may edit the Member List.
