Member Lists

  Create a Project Distribution List

  1. Access a project.

See View Projects.

  1. Click Distribution List on the project category tree.

The page displays lists assigned for use in the current project.

  1. Click on the page tool bar.

  2. Select Create New . . .  .

The Step 1 of 2: Create Member List window appears.

  1. Enter a Name or select AutoName.

  2. Enter an optional Description.

Access is automatically set to Projects/Organizations, with the current project as the default.

You may use browse/choose to select from additional projects or organizations in which you are an owner or lead.

  1. Click Next in the Step 1 of 2: Create Member List window.

The Step 2 of 2: Add Members window displays.

  1. Click Add Members to search for people to add to the list or click Add By Project to select a project in which you are a member and add users from the project.

  2. Search for and select users to add to your list and click Submit.

You may repeat step #6, above, to use a combination of the search methods to build your list.

  1. After adding all the required members, click Done.

The project Distribution List page refreshes, showing the new list.
