Share a Route Template with Other ProjectsWhen a route template is created for a project to use, it is not visible for use by other projects.
To share an existing route template with another project:
You must be a project owner or project lead in both projects.
Access the project with the route template to share.
See Projects Overview.
Click Route Templates on the project category tree.
Click Name link of a route template to share.
The Route Template: Properties page is displayed.
Click 
on the page tool bar.
The Edit Route Template Details window displays.
Projects / Organizations should already be selected in the Access field, showing the current project.
Click the Projects
/ Organizations browse/choose 
button.
A Select Access window appears with the projects and organizations where you are a lead or owner.
You may need to click 
to expand ProjectSpace
and display your projects.
Use the check boxes 
to select the project to share the route template.
Click Done.
The Edit Route Template Details window displays the new project in the Access field.
Click Done.
