The EC Summary Report is a comprehensive report of the EC.
To create an EC Summary Report:
Access an EC.
Click Reports on the EC category tree.
Click EC Summary Report, Excel Format.
The TVC Report Generator window displays.
In the Sections tab, select the areas of the EC to include in the report.
Select the Mail Settings tab to set email options.
Check Send Mail to process the report in the background and receive an email when complete.
Click Continue.
The TVC Report Generator window will either show the progress of the report or display a message that the report will be emailed to you when complete.
Click to download the report, if email was not selected.
The Report begins with a summary of EC Attributes.
Affected Items lists all parts connected with the EC and includes basic part attributes as well as Requested Change, Disposition Codes, and Plants.
BOM Comparison shows BOM Adds and Removes for each Affected Item.
Impact Analysis displays information on any existing Impact Analyses.
Regulated Products performs a multi-level Where-Used on all parts in the EC and reports all Product Models where Regulated = Yes.
Product Families performs a multi-level Where-Used on all parts in the EC and reports all Product Family objects found.
Affected FRUs/CRUs performs a 1-level Where-Used on all parts in the EC and reports all FRU or CRU parents found.
Affected Non-Service BOMs performs a 1-level BOM expand on all non-Service BOMs that are in the EC. If the part has a Service child part that was added as part of this EC, it is reported.

Replacements, Reported Against, Assignees, Inbox Tasks, Routes, Issues, Reference Documents display the EC items and attributes appropriate to the section.
