EC Status Report
EC Status ReportThe EC Status Report is accessed on the Project Category Tree, Reports page, and provides trending data on ECs in the project with a brief listing of each EC.
The report includes:
Graph of EC Created by month.
Graph of EC Closing Times (days)
List of EC Severity
List of EC States
List of Top 5 EC Creators
List of Top 5 EC Assignees
List of all ECs in the Project
To create an EC Status Report:
Access the project.
Click Reports on the Project category tree.
Select EC Status Report.
The TVC Report Generator window displays.
The Status will show In Queue, then In Work, with a spinning "in progress" indicator in the upper right during report processing.
When the report is complete, Status
changes to Download Report with
the 
link.
Click to download the report.
The report displays in the TVC Report Generator window. It may be printed or saved using the .PDF commands on the tool bar.
