If there is any supporting documentation (e.g., Project Financial Justifications, Drawing Markups) for this proposed change, add those items in the Reference Documents link.
Locate the required file(s) on your computer.
Click and hold to drag the file(s) to the area labeled Drop files here, in the EC Info Bar.
Release the mouse click to drop the files.
The Drop files here area flashes during processing and then the file name(s) appears to the right when processing completes.
The Reference Documents link lists a new document containing the file(s).
The EC opens on the Properties page.
Select Reference Documents on the category tree.
Click on the page tool bar.
Select Create New or Add Existing to add a document to the EC.
