  Add an Existing Tool to a Part

An existing tool may be added to a component part on the Tooling page:

1. Access the component part that requires a tool.

2. Click Tooling on the Part Category Tree.

The Tooling page displays.

3. Click on the page tool bar.

The Find Part window displays.

The Type field defaults to Tooling Part.

4. Enter criteria to search for the tooling part.

5. Click Find.

 The Search window displays results.

6. Use the check boxes to select one or more tooling part(s).

7. Click Submit.

The part Tooling page refreshes, showing the newly added tool(s).
