Manage Tab Drawing Specifications
Manage Tab Drawing SpecificationsTab Drawing CAD Specifications do not automatically promote with a part like part CAD specifications.
Tab drawing specifications are connected to various parts and promotion of one part cannot assume promotion of another.
Work with tab drawing specifications on the Specifications page of the tab drawing.
Tab drawing specifications are applied to each tab drawing part individually and display on each part Specifications page, but the tab drawing specifications cannot be selected (check boxes are grayed out).
To add a tab drawing specification:
Access the tab drawing.
See View Tab Drawings.
The tab drawing Parts page displays.
Click the Specifications link on the category tree.
Click 
on the page tool bar.
Select Add Existing.
The Find Specifications window displays.
Enter search criteria.
Click Find.
Select
one or more specifications using the check boxes 
.
Click Submit.
The specifications added to the tab drawing display on the Specifications page.
