Promote / Demote / Hold / Resume / Cancel a Project

Your individual business unit and management team should determine when each project lifecycle is appropriate and when to use the Hold, Resume, and Cancel functions.

Project List

When viewing a list of projects (see View Projects):

To Hold/Resume/Cancel:

Use the check boxes to select one or more projects.
Select on the page tool bar.
Select Hold, Resume, or Cancel.

Promote / Demote a Project

You may promote/demote on the Project Lifecycle page:

Access the project.

See View Projects.

Click Lifecycle on the project category tree.
Click or on the page tool bar.
