Project member access and project roles can only be edited by the project owner or lead(s).

Access a project.
See View Projects.
Click People on the project category tree.
The Members page displays, with all project members with their Access and Project Role.
Click (edit mode) on the page tool bar.
The Access column for each member becomes editable..
Click in the Access column for a member.
Use the drop down to select Project Member or Project Lead.
Click Save between the page tool bar and the list of members.
Reset may be used to undo all the changes before saving.
Click to exit the edit mode.
Quitting edit mode without saving does not retain any changes.

Click in the Edit Project Role column for a member.
The Modify Member Access and Role window displays.
Click the Member Role browse button .
The Select Roles window displays list of available roles.
Use the check boxes to select.
The SHIFT or CTRL keys may be used for multiple selections.
Click Done in the Select Role window.
The role(s) display in the Member Role field.
Click Done in the Modify Member Access and Role window.
The Members page refreshes with the new settings.
