  Subscribe/Unsubscribe to an Object

Subscribe to an object to receive notifications when object properties change.

  1. Navigate to the object.

  2. Click the object Name link.

The Properties page displays.

  1. Click the Subscribe icon on the page tool bar or , , or > Subscribe... .

A Subscription Options window displays.

  1. Use the check boxes to select any or all of the Subscription Events listed.

  2. Click Done.

View Your Subscriptions

To view all the objects to which you are subscribed:

  1. Access Collaboration and Approvals App.

  1. Select Subscriptions.

Each subscription object/Event is listed separately.

Unsubscribe

To stop receiving alerts related to an object:

  1. Navigate to the object.

  2. Click the object Name link.

The Properties page displays.

  1. Click the Subscribe icon on the page tool bar or , , or > Subscribe... .

  1. Use the check boxes to deselect any or all of the Subscription Events listed.

When no Events are selected, you are no longer subscribed to the object.

  1. Click Done .

Or

  1. Access Collaboration and Approvals App.

  2. Select Subscriptions.

Each subscribed object/Event is listed separately.

  1. Use the check boxes to select the object/Event(s) for which you wish to no longer be notified.

  2. Click on the page tool bar.

Your subscriptions to the selected object/Event(s) are deleted.
