Advanced Sort
Advanced SortData displayed in a table may be sorted by any attribute displayed in a table column by clicking the column header.
In the example, above, the data in this table is sorted by Name, in ascending order.
Click to select any column header to sort the data by that attribute, or to reverse the order of an already selected column.
Advanced Sort allows you to sort the data by up to three columns in sequence and to select the direction of the sort for each attribute.
Click the Advanced Sort button 
on a page tool bar.
The Advanced Sort drop down panel appears.
Select up to three attributes, in the order desired, using the pull down menus under Column.
For each attribute, use the 
button under Dir. to
switch the sort order from alphabetical to the reverse 
, as needed.
Click the green arrow 
on the lower right to sort the table according to your selections.
