Search

  General Search

To search in ENOVIA with the General Search tool.

  1. Click in the Search window of the ENOVIA Top Bar.

  1. Select General . . ..

The Search window displays.

  1. Click the Browse/Choose button to select a Type.

Type defaults to your last search.

  1. Use one or more of the following options for searching:

  2. (Optional:) Enter the Name of object

  3. (Optional:) Enter Revision

Click Latest Revision Only check box to display the latest revision of an object.

The searchable attributes under More change depending on the selected Type.

For By Additional Attributes with, select And or Or.

  1. Click Search.

  2. Search results display, if any match your criteria.

Some objects are not shown if you do not have access.

  1. Click the object Name link or the Launch icon to view the object.

Refine a General Search

To refine a search without starting over:

  1. Click Revise Search on the Search Results page tool bar.

  2. Set additional search criteria.

  3. Click Search.
