Whenever a table exceeds the viewable number of rows per page (usually 100), pagination controls are available to view the next page with the additional rows.
Turning off pagination lists all the data on a single page, but doing so may slow system performance for all users.
Pagination "On" is the recommended setting.
Sort
Click a column heading to sort the table rows by that column.
The first time you click a heading, the rows are sorted in ascending order.
Click the column heading again to sort by descending order.
When you reorder a table with multiple page of data, the first page redisplays.
An arrow to the right of a column heading name indicates the table is sorted by this column. View Example.
An arrow pointing up means the data is in ascending order, a to z or 1 to n.
If the arrow points down, the data is descending, z to a or n to 1.
Filter
Data on pages can be filtered in various ways. Different pages in ENOVIA may offer different ways to filter.
Some pages have a Filter icon in the page tool bar that displays a page with filter selections.
Some pages have Filter fields and a Filter button for refining displayed content on a page.
